Invitation to the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Thai Awesome Co., Ltd. would like to invite all shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting 2026 on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the company’s meeting room, located at 108/126 Moo 5, Soi Chaeng Watthana 20, Chaeng Watthana Road, Pak Kret Subdistrict, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi.

The meeting agenda includes acknowledgment matters, approval of the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting, acknowledgment of the company’s operating results for the year 2025, approval of the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, election of directors in place of those retiring by rotation, approval of directors’ remuneration for 2026, appointment of the auditor and approval of the audit fee for 2026, and other matters (if any).
